Terms & Conditions

All of our products are digital: FiveM graphics packages, the Pure Mode support tool, and add-on services. No physical goods are sold and no shipping is associated with any order.

What you receive: the digital enhancement files, a digital licence key, and a remote installation session performed on your computer by one of our specialists, coordinated with you on Discord.

The Ultra package also includes a Premium performance-optimisation service, carried out by our partner Adaa (adaa.store) — an independent company — in a remote session on your machine that it schedules with you directly. Your order, your payment and any refund remain with us and are governed by these terms and our Refund Policy.

Version names (such as V18) refer to the release current at the time of purchase. Your purchase covers the version you bought; upgrades to newer releases may carry a separate charge unless stated otherwise.

The licence is for a single personal use only, and the activation key is bound to one hardware identifier (Hardware ID).

Attempting to activate the key on more than one machine, or sharing, reselling or distributing the files in any form, automatically voids the licence with no compensation or refund.

Orders and licences may not be transferred to another account or another person.

The Pure Mode support tool is licensed for life to the same account and machine.

All prices on this site are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) — no other currency is used. The price shown is the full price of the product: nothing is payable outside this site, whether during installation or afterwards.

An order-processing fee is added to every order: a fixed percentage of the order value after any discount, applied at the same rate whatever payment method you use — it is not a charge for any particular payment method. Its amount and rate are shown to you as a separate line in the order summary before you confirm payment, and it is refunded in full with any full refund.

Payment is processed by an external, established payment gateway (such as PayPal or Stripe). We never see or store your card details; card data is handled by the payment provider in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

Your purchase will appear on your card statement as ELFAR3ON STUDIO.

You must be the holder of the payment method used, or have the explicit permission of its holder. Any transaction made without the holder's permission is your responsibility.

Refunds are available for as long as your order is still “awaiting order review”, and within 14 days of payment — once we review the order, it is final. Please see our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

We may change prices and offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Converting one service into another after payment is not permitted (for example, converting a performance-optimisation service into the Pure Mode support tool or vice versa).

This is because each service has a completely separate technical and delivery path, so credit cannot be merged or services exchanged after payment is complete.

If you have changed your mind and your order is still within the refund conditions, we will refund you and you can place a new order for the service you want.

After installation, keeping the original enhancement files safe is entirely your responsibility — store them somewhere secure.

If the files are lost or you reformat your machine, a reinstallation and setup service is available for a nominal technical fee (USD 10), provided you still hold the original core files.

If the original files are no longer in your possession, we cannot reissue the licence or the release free of charge — you would need to purchase the release again.

Installation is carried out using well-known, secure software (AnyDesk or Parsec) while you watch the entire session yourself, and you may disconnect at any moment.

By sharing your access code you consent to our specialist connecting to your machine for the sole purpose of installation. Our team undertakes not to open or transfer any files outside the scope of that installation.

Delivery times: we review your order and contact you in a ticket on Discord within 24 hours of payment to arrange your installation session, and installation is completed within 3 days of the date of payment. If you have purchased the priority installation add-on, your order moves up the queue.

For the Premium performance-optimisation part of the Ultra package, Adaa's team contacts you directly to schedule it, and it is completed within 7 days of the date of payment.

These periods are extended by the length of any delay caused on your side — for example, not replying on Discord or postponing your installation session.

Coordination takes place through a ticket on our Discord server, referenced by your order number.

Our files are clean, secure software, tested on thousands of machines, and run compatibly without conflicting with your operating system.

Disclaimer: we are not responsible for future fundamental changes made by host servers that may conflict with the visual enhancement files — though we will endeavour to provide compatibility updates wherever possible.

Your use of the graphics on servers with their own rules is your responsibility. Each server sets its own rules and we are not a party to its administrators' decisions — please check the rules of the server you play on before purchasing.

The V2 support tool is designed to keep ElFar3on's enhancements supported and working on pure-mode servers at both levels (1 and 2).

We issue periodic maintenance updates. However, if host systems make a fundamental change to their protocols that entirely prevents external add-ons from operating, the studio does not accept responsibility for compensating the customer for that external technical change.

Using the tool on any server is subject to that server's own rules — check your server's rules before you buy.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. If you are younger, the purchase must be made by your parent or guardian, with their consent and using a payment method belonging to them.

We may suspend or ban any account that breaches these terms or that abuses the platform or our support team. Opening a dispute or a chargeback with your bank or payment provider is not grounds for suspension — that is your right; we would simply prefer you contact us first so we can resolve it faster.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the product in dispute.

We apply these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law; if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page, and the terms that apply to your order are the version you accepted at the time of purchase.

This site and these services are operated by Elfaraon Studio LLC — a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, NM Business ID 0008119692 — trading as ElFar3on Studio.

Your contract is with Elfaraon Studio LLC, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without reference to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Our products are digital and delivered online; no international shipping or customs charges apply. We do not sell to any person, entity or country subject to United States sanctions or export restrictions, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that would breach those restrictions or any law applicable to us or to you.
