Privacy Policy

Account and order data: your email address, name, phone number and country (which we ask for at checkout), and your Discord username (if you signed up with it or added it for installation).

Order data: the products you purchased, the amounts, and the status of your order and installation.

Technical data: your Hardware ID is recorded at activation in order to bind the licence key to your machine.

Payment data is handled entirely by the payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) — we never see or store your card number or bank details. All we receive from the provider is the transaction status, its amount and a reference number.

Licence verification: the Hardware ID is used exclusively to bind the activation key to your machine and to prevent the release from being leaked or run on unauthorised machines.

We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing purposes — ever.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase — servers within the European Union) and protected by strict database-level access controls.

Because the operating company is US-based, and our team and the service providers we use are spread across more than one country, some data may be accessed or processed outside your own country (including in the United States) — for operational and support purposes only.

Retention: order and payment records are retained for 7 years for accounting, tax and dispute-evidence purposes — this is a legal obligation on us. The rest of your account data is deleted when you delete your account.

Only the service providers necessary to operate the platform, each seeing the minimum relevant to them: the payment provider (PayPal / Stripe) to process the transaction and prevent fraud; Supabase for the database and accounts; our hosting and email providers to send order emails; and a Discord notification to our installation team (the order number, your name and Discord username, the items and the total — no payment data whatsoever).

If your order includes the Ultra package, we send our partner Adaa (adaa.store) only the data needed to deliver the performance-optimisation service — your email address, name, phone number, country, Discord username, the order number and the payment reference. Adaa opens an account for you under the same email address and handles that data under its own privacy policy. We never send it your card or bank details.

We undertake never to share your Hardware ID with any FiveM server or any third party, whether for banning purposes or anything else.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and to maintain your session only — there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct it, to object to its processing, or to delete your account entirely at any time.

You can download your data or delete your account yourself, immediately, from the Account page — or write to us at studio@elfar3on.com and we will action your request within 30 days at the latest.

Please note: deleting your account does not cancel the licence bound to your machine, nor does it entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
